“Roma will always be my second home. This is my first and last club in Europe. I am very disappointed that we never won anything together, but I walk away knowing that I gave my all.”

“I hope to be a great professional and a good example for the children and above all a good person – two of my children are Romans, but all three are Romanians. It’s time for me to return home, where I’ve always dreamed of playing for the club of my heart. I know that the great Romans and Romanists will understand me.”

“Thank you to everyone at Rome and Roma, we will always keep you in our hearts and I will always be a Giallo Rossi, I love you.”
